3. User Account

  • To make purchases, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities under your account are your responsibility.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information at all times.

4. Orders and Transactions

  • Digital Products: Courses purchased from TechVerse Academy are subject to their licensing terms. Access may be limited-time or lifetime, as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Health Products: Supplements from Nutri VitalEdge Store are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Technical Parts: ByteBox Parts must be compatible with your devices. Compatibility information is provided by the merchant, and EchoSphere Technologies Store is not liable for incompatibility issues.

  • Order Acceptance: When you make a purchase, the contract of sale is between you and the respective Sub-Merchant. EchoSphere Technologies Store acts as a platform provider and facilitator.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and other listed payment methods.

  • Pricing and availability of products may change without notice.

  • All payments are processed securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery are handled by individual Sub-Merchants.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary based on the merchant, product type, and destination.

  • EchoSphere Technologies Store is not responsible for delays caused by Sub-Merchants or courier services.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and digital downloads—is the property of EchoSphere Technologies Store or its Sub-Merchants and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

EchoSphere Technologies Store is a platform provider and does not manufacture, sell, or ship products directly. We shall not be held liable for:

  • Product defects, damages, or incompatibility

  • Delivery delays or issues caused by Sub-Merchants or couriers

  • Misuse of products or services purchased through Sub-Merchants

Any product-related claims must be directed to the respective Sub-Merchant.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoSphere Technologies Store, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the platform or any product purchased through it.
